Crich Toy Library’s “Drop in toy loan session” operates on weekly basis (term time only) on Monday mornings 9.30am – 11.30am in the Coffee Lounge in at Crich Glebe Field Centre, Glebe Field Close, Crich, Derbyshire, DE4 5EU
Parents, Carer's, Childminders and children in local community and surrounding areas are invited to “Come, Play and Take Away”
On Monday 10th December between 10.00 am - 11.30 am we have Julie Blake of Finger Folk who knits finger puppets of just about anything from nativity / christmas i.e. the Three Kings, Joseph, Mary and little baby Jesus etc. to Cartoon Characters, Shrek & Donkey, The Simpsons, Farm animals, Zoo animals etc. they are great as stocking fillers and the kids love them.

Our Christmas "Stay and Play" session will be Wednesday 17th December 1.30pm until 3.30pm in the Parish Rooms at the Crich Glebe Centre . The price will be £2 per Child this will include a healthy snack and present from Santa for the children and a drink for the accompanying adult.
Please let us know if you wish to attend either by purchasing ticket(s) at a Monday session or via email info@crichtoylibrary.org.uk as Santa needs to know how many presents he needs to bring!

CTL Vouchers - Ideal Christmas Gift!
A recent article in Family & Children Go Green states that "The average UK Child is getting £262.00 in toys each Christmas - most destined for landfill along with their excessive packaging with huge plastic windows and polystyrene mounts".
In response to this Derbyshire Toy Library Network (DTLN) has commissioned Toy Library Gift Vouchers to be professionally printed on sustainable card. These can be purchased direct from the Network or from your local Toy Library in multiples of £5.00 or £10.00.
These Vouchers will enable parents, carer's, friends and extended family members to experience the great resources of our Toy Library, whilst saving parents money, reducing landfill and offering a huge range of toys and play opportunities to children.
So why not give one for christmas to a family or friend and come and purchase one at our next Monday session!!
